Store Return Policies

Return Policy (Food)

At My pet needs... we carry a variety of great food brands that stand behind their products! If your animal does not enjoy the product you purchased, and only a small amount of food has been used,  you have one week from the date of purchase to return the product, with receipt, in original packaging, for a refund to the original form of payment. We will try to accommodate you with a different formula, flavour or brand to keep you and your animals happy. 

  • For food safety reasons, frozen food and treats cannot be returned.

 

Treats cannot be returned once the package has been opened. If unopened, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the applicable product, with receipt, in original packaging, for a refund to the original form of payment.

Return Policy (Grooming & Health Products)

For hygienic reasons, grooming products such as brushes, combs, training (pee) pads or any other products that could potentially transfer disease, skin irritations, fleas or similar, or cause potential harm to another animal cannot be returned.

 

Shampoos & conditioners and other liquid grooming items cannot be returned once opened unless otherwise stated on the product itself (e.g. product guarantee). You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the applicable product, with receipt, in original packaging, for a refund to the original form of payment. All products will be inspected and the decision to allow a return is at the discretion of My pet needs...

Return Policy (Beds, Bowls, Furniture and Boxed Products)

For hygienic reasons, bedding, bowls and furniture (e.g. cat tower) that have been used cannot be returned. Any boxed products may be returned provided the packaging is not damaged. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the applicable product, with receipt, in original packaging and tagging (if applicable), for a refund to the original form of payment. All products will be inspected and the decision to allow a return is at the discretion of My pet needs...

Return Policy (Apparel)

My pet needs... understands that not all apparel may fit exactly like the sizing chart suggests. If there is a need to return apparel due to an incorrect fit, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the applicable product, with receipt, in original packaging and tagging (if applicable), for a refund to the original form of payment. If the apparel appears used or dirty, it cannot be returned. Apparel will be inspected and the decision to allow a return is at the discretion of My pet needs...

Return Policy (Toys, chews and alike)

For hygienic reasons, toys may only be returned if they have been unopened or the original tags have not been removed. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the applicable product, with receipt, in original packaging and tagging (if applicable), for a refund to the original form of payment. Toys will be inspected and the decision to allow a return is at the discretion of My pet needs...

Return Policy (Clearance)

Items marked for clearance or final sale cannot be returned.
